Refund Policy

1. Research Use Only

All products sold by ZyroResearch are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only.

Products are:

Not for human consumption

Not for medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or veterinary use

By placing an order, you affirm that you are a qualified researcher and understand the intended research-use designation of all materials purchased.


2. All Sales Final Policy

Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of research materials, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Opened products

Used products

Temperature-sensitive products

Improperly stored products

Discounted or promotional items

This policy is clearly disclosed prior to purchase in accordance with California Civil Code §1723.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is:

Physically damaged upon arrival

Leaking or compromised

Incorrect based on your order

You must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

To file a claim, email:

Include:

Order number

Clear photos of the product and shipping box

Description of the issue

If approved, we may provide:

A replacement product, OR

Store credit (at our discretion)

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case-by-case.


4. Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

ZyroResearch is not responsible for:

Carrier delays

Lost or stolen packages marked “Delivered”

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Customs seizures (if applicable)

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate.


5. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled prior to fulfillment.

Once an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


6. High-Risk Merchant & Chargeback Policy

Due to the nature of research materials and high-risk merchant classifications:

By completing a purchase, you explicitly agree that:

You understand all products are sold for research purposes only

You agree that all sales are final unless product arrives physically damaged or incorrect

You waive the right to file a chargeback without first contacting ZyroResearch to resolve the issue

Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in:

Submission of delivery confirmation, IP address logs, and checkout acknowledgment records to the issuing bank

Permanent banning from future purchases

Reporting of fraudulent disputes

We actively contest all fraudulent or abusive chargebacks.


7. Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

ZyroResearch reserves the right to:

Cancel suspicious orders

Request identity verification

Refuse service at our discretion

Orders flagged by fraud detection systems may require additional verification before shipment.


8. Refund Processing (If Approved)

If a refund is approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

Processing may take 5–10 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable


9. California Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights provided under California law. ZyroResearch will comply with applicable legal obligations.
